At The Watch Collection, we aim to deliver your favorite first copy watches quickly and safely across India. We work with reliable courier partners to ensure a smooth and secure delivery experience for all our customers.

Please read our shipping and delivery policy carefully before placing your order.


Order Processing

All orders are processed after final confirmation from the customer. Once your order is confirmed, our team carefully checks and packs the product before dispatch.

Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.


Shipping Time

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 4–7 business days depending on your location. Delivery times may vary slightly due to courier operations, holidays, or unexpected delays.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID to monitor your shipment status.


Shipping Charges

We offer FREE shipping on most orders across India. However, shipping charges may apply for certain locations or special courier services.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

For customer convenience, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on most orders. Customers are requested to ensure availability at the delivery address to avoid order return.


Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share the tracking details via WhatsApp or SMS so you can track your parcel in real time.


Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Courier service issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Remote delivery locations

We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address and contact details. The Watch Collection will not be responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Return to Origin (RTO)

If the parcel is returned due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept delivery, the order will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).

In such cases, customers will need to pay the RTO and reshipping charges for the order to be shipped again.
