Return & Refund Eligibility

Returns or exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:

  • Some items are missing from your order

Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not applicable for personal dislikes, change of mind, or preference issues.

Unboxing Video Requirement

A 360-degree unboxing video is mandatory to claim any return, refund, or exchange.

The video must:

  • Start before opening the parcel
  • Clearly show the entire package and shipping label
  • Be continuous without pause or cuts
  • Clearly show the issue (damage, wrong item, or missing product)

Without this video proof, we will not be able to process any return or exchange request.

Reporting an Issue

If you face any issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.

Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Exchange Process

  • Exchanges are only allowed for damaged or incorrect items.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping charges during the exchange process.

Return to Origin (RTO)

If an order is returned to us due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept delivery:

  • The customer must pay the RTO charges and reshipping fees.
  • No refund will be provided in such cases.

Important Guidelines

  • Orders are dispatched only after final customer confirmation.
  • Minor issues such as loose threads, removable marks, or slight stitching variations are not considered product damage.
  • Slight color differences may occur due to photography or screen settings.
  • Delivery delays may occasionally happen due to courier services, but we ensure timely dispatch from our side.
