At The Watch Collection, we are committed to delivering premium quality timepieces. Every watch undergoes a strict quality check and is carefully packed before it leaves our facility.

We understand that issues can occasionally occur during transit. Please review our policy below regarding returns, exchanges, refunds, and payment options.

1. Eligibility Criteria

We accept return, exchange, or refund requests only for the following issues:

  • You received a physically damaged product.
  • You received the wrong item (incorrect model or colour).
  • There are missing items or accessories from your package.

⚠️ Please Note: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for personal dislikes, change of mind, or subjective styling preferences. Minor colour variations caused by photography lighting or screen settings do not qualify as a defect.

2. Mandatory 360-Degree Unboxing Video

To protect against fraudulent claims and ensure fairness to all customers, a continuous, 360-degree unboxing video is strictly mandatory for any return, refund, or exchange request.

The video must meet the following requirements without exception:

  1. Recording must begin before breaking the seal or opening the outer courier packaging.
  2. The entire package and the shipping label must be clearly visible throughout.
  3. The video must be fully continuous — no cuts, edits, or pauses.
  4. It must clearly show the unboxing process and point out the specific damage, wrong item, or missing product.

Without this exact video proof, our team will not be able to process any return, replacement, or refund request.

3. How to Report an Issue

  • Time Limit: Any issue must be reported to our team within 2 days (48 hours) of the delivery time stamped by the courier. Requests made after this window cannot be accepted.
  • To initiate a claim: Message our support team on WhatsApp with your order details and attach your unboxing video.

4. Refund Timeline

Once your claim is reported with valid unboxing video proof and reviewed by our team, approved refunds will be processed within 2–3 business days. Refund timelines may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing time after we initiate the refund.

5. Return Shipping Cost

For approved return or exchange requests under our eligibility criteria, the shipping cost for the reverse pickup will be borne by us. You will not be charged for returning a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete item that qualifies under this policy.

6. Exchange & Reshipping Guidelines

  • Product Condition: Items approved for exchange must be returned completely unused, in their original condition, with all original packaging materials intact.
  • Return to Origin (RTO): If a parcel is returned to us due to customer unavailability, an incomplete address, or delivery refusal, no refund will be issued. The customer must clear the RTO and fresh reshipping charges before the package is dispatched again.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Advance Payment Policy

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on most of our products for your convenience and confidence while shopping with us.

  • Orders above ₹10,000: A 10% advance payment is mandatory to confirm the order, with the remaining balance payable via COD on delivery.
  • 100% Advance Payment Option: Customers who choose to pay the full amount in advance receive a 10% discount on their order value.

8. Copyright & Intellectual Property Notice

If you believe any content on our website — including images, logos, or product descriptions — infringes upon your intellectual property rights, please email us with your contact information, proof of ownership, and the specific link or URL of the content in question. We take these matters seriously and will review and address valid claims promptly.
