We offer replacement or refund only in case of damaged or defective products. To claim a return, customers must provide a proper unboxing video as proof. Refund or replacement requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
We strictly require a clear unboxing video for any damage, missing item, or wrong product complaint. Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process refund or replacement requests.
The unboxing video must clearly show:
The sealed parcel before opening
The shipping label with your name and order details
Continuous recording without pause
The product condition after opening
Edited or cut videos will not be accepted.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
If you paid online, the amount will be refunded to your bank account or original payment source.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days. The exact time may vary depending on your bank.
